SQI welcomes a new Partner – Geoff Langston Geoff joins SQI with over 30 years experience in food retailing in line and central support roles. In January 2004 Geoff set up his own business delivering training and development with a focus on customer service. Clients include public and private sector organisations working at all levels from team members to directors. Geoff’s approach is to focus on attitudes and behaviours which will positively impact on individual and team performance. Geoff is a member of the Institute of Customer Service, a published author of articles on customer service and an Assessor for Investors in People. |
